is this risky?

I'm gonna travel to Germany and stay there for few years soon, and I got my pc full of cracks and illegals sh*t.
Since I heard that cracks / piracy is disallowed in Germany, is there any chance I can get an infranction while connecting to internet there?

Don't run anything stupid while at the airport or they might snatch what you're doing.

Otherwise stick to the legality while you're there to avoid practical issues.
