Ok,

Ive been debating about starting this, but I need to know is this realistic?

My plan is to find a product. Say, diet product called "FUCKATRIM". Id research keywords, and get a good domain (something like Fuckatrim-review.com) I would then set up a site basically, just for selling that affiliate product.
It would either be a website with articles praising it, or a flog? Which do you think would work better?

ie. My names jeff i was a fat mutherfucker, but then fuckatrim yadayada

or an article/review site fuckatrim is a breakthrough fatass slimming etc

I would try my best to optimize the site SE wise
Id try to rank on the first page for one or more search queries

Say i was using a diet product : I wouldnttry to even rank on stuff like "how to lose weight" or "good diet product"
Id go for phrases like "fuckatrim review" and "does fuckatrimreally work?"

So, I know I laid that out in a confusing manner. So here is what exactly I'd intend to do:

~Research my keywords extremely well - good niche
~Set up a decent WP site either a review type site or flog
~SEO (whitehat/blackhat) the site out of it (atleast with my very newbie skills)
~Basically rely on only Search Engine traffic only

Assuming, I did all that, would i be realistic to say its possible to get atleast 1 sale a day (ie. $40 a day) after 30 days? Keep in mind im a newbie to SEO, but I could learn slowly.

And, if this were to work, wouldn't this turn into essentially autopilot income, and couldn't replicate this more times for more daily income?

Ok total summary:

CPA offer + Site Promoting it + SEO = SALES?

Correct me if Im wrong, but isn't this basically good old school affiliate marketing?

it is realistic if you take the action and post the result. better do than talk..huhu

Dude it is definately realistic to expect 1 sale a day, the nature of the weight loss niche is that everyone wants to lose some extra weight, so if your product is attractive enough you will get a serious conversion rate

If you are really working with this product you can assume the demand.Do a little more effort. It is quite realistic.

just an advice.
always be ready for the domain get taken down.

It's doable. But since you want to only rely on organic search traffic, keep in mind that the weight loss niche is extremely competitive. It requires lots of off-site SEO to rank high for good keywords.

Definitely realistic and doable providing it's worked at

Thanks guys,

Im not necessarily doing the health product niche, although that a definite possibility.

As for ranking good, thats why I intend to rank good
on keywords like

"xxproduct review" etc not "how to lose weight"

first, this shouldn't be in bh seo, next,

...I really ...really can't believe this quote..

Honestly, there needs to be a sticky for learning some sort of whitehat marketing ie AFFILIATE MARKETING before you try to make blackhat money...

Err... im sorry... not really sure what I did wrong.

If you could tell me what I did wrong, it'd be appreciatted.

Thanks.
