All i know is i've been following an account in my niche and the account went from 3k to fucking 50k in a month or so, back in time the account had much better organic followers, but taking a look nowadays the account is full of fucking fakies/bots.

That pretty much tells you the provider is buying fakes for that account and probably likes. Ignorant people will not know the difference, all they see is new followers and people liking their posts.
$3,500 a month and guy spends less than $20 sending fake bogs and likes every month.
