You say he sells here, look in his sells thread and see if there are any positive reviews. If there are none wait till someone posts one, or bite the bullet and order yourself then leave your own review in the thread to help others.

If the reviews are good then order. All services on BHW are reviewed by a MOD before being approved and going live so you're almost 100% safe when it comes to ordering on BHW. As I mentioned though, be sure to read the reviews as this is a good indicator as to how well the seller does on the service being provided.
