I don't think so. I think, you'd really have to manually do it. But you can go around BHW and look for freelancers to do this for you.

Regarding the price for PV cost is $0.20 which you have to spent $1,000 to phone verified 5000 account that you would get banned anyway if you don't handle it properly

Hiring a freelancer is the best option you got
This is why phone verified accounts exist. It's crazy to verify 5000 accounts even with freelancers, but you can buy phone verified accounts and your problem would be solved. I don't see how you will manage 5000 accounts though, it's way too much. Start with less if you ask me.
