can i use something to but on a purchase button to only pay everytime someone clicks the purchase button? like for instance i set up a cpc campaign to send traffic to my website and only pay cpc when someone clicks the checkout button?

Why not pay the CPC fee after a sale is made through that check out button and you get the payment in Paypal?

/From what you wrote, take a look into CPA and Affiliate platforms for advertisers similar thing payment after conversion...

Website conversions in Facebook PPC work for signing up for a newsletter or buying something, but I am not sure for clicks to a button.

No, that is not possible. You get charged for every click you get. So i am not sure, you can able to pay per every checkout.

No, you have to buy the balance before doing ppc traffic.

That's usually what I do
