Is this possible?

I'm new to Facebook Marketing so pardon if this is so noobish question. So here it goes. We are planning to make a contest/raffle, that for people to enter the contest he/she must like it first, then enter his name and email and other info(optional) and lastly, a thank you page. I have been looking for an app, but all i can see is he/she must like the page and then it is done. I was looking to gather email aside from likes for the page. Can anyone point me to a thread or a link into which i can able to make this happen? thank you in advance guys.

I was looking for something similar on top of converting my instagram followers to a newly created Facebook account....this is perfect. Thanks
