So I have an established Fan Page. But on a different account I have a personal profile with my product name in the url that I'd like to use for my fan page. Is it possible to turn the personal profile into a fan page, and merge it with my fan page that's on a different account and use the name that was on my profile in the new URL?
Is this possible?

There's no merge under the Resource section... or I'm blind maybe.

You can convert your personal account to a page, but the url for your personal account page may be changed in the new url, and the new page's name should be same or similar with your personal account. (Convert account to a page link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php?migrate)
If you want to merge your personal page with the exist old page, the two pages' name, type,category must be similar, or they can't merge.
