Is this possible with Wordpress?

FORGET everything allthough all are higly valuable info. WP TWIN is just what you need. So simple, so easy. Nothing beats it.. I just tested it yesterday and amazed to see the results.

Waste of $ (100 dollars)

More clicks then manual uploading and downloading.

But, backup of the DB doesnt contain the Wordpress URL and Site Home URL which Is configured from the Admin panel?

This will not work and will cause damage. You will have problems with the DB file.
You will need to assign the new blog the proper databse VIA config.php and twist it to work properly.

If you don't control the basics then learn them first and then imply bcz a simple mistake can take 5 hours to fix which is worse.
Otherwise - Oursouce in oDesk for a few $ an hour.

the easiest way to do what you want is BlogZapper. Made by the author of BIE. It takes less than 3 mins to duplicate a blog.
