Following the users who liked the most recent photos of a popular instagram account.
1. In FLC, I know you can select "Users Who Liked" under "Query Type", enter FLC: plus the keyword/hashtag/photo ID/photo URL in the "Query" field and save. Example: FLC

2. Using the method above, I would have to manually lookup the most recently uploaded photo and enter the URL into the FLC query
3. Is there a better/more efficient way?
For people wondering why I would like to pick followers this way, I believe this is one of the best ways to get a good follow-back ratio.
