Is This Possible With FB Leads + Zapier/Integromat

I want to capture customer data using FB lead ads and then use Zapier/Integromat to send that data over to my affiliate offer page - so that when the lead visits the "thank you" page - they'll be actually redirect to my affiliate offer page and their information will already be pre-populated.
