Is this possible? Integrating Amazon into CSE

I currently have a Google CSE bar on my page that searches several sites, Amazon being one of them. Is it possible to insert my affiliate ID into those results? If I just add the general link with my ID added on I get no results because of the way the custom search works. Has anyone done anything like this? I'm thinking I might have to scrap CSE all together and "build" my own search bar. Really looking for insight/solutions/suggestions, etc.
