Just wondering if it would be possible? Maybe charge like $1.00/ view for some super sweet content? I can't really elaborate, because, like the title suggests, I just don't know. Do any of you know?

Yea, this can be easily done with PayPal API if you are a programmer.

You could do it with lightbox i guess redirect them to link from completed PP payment search for lightbox with w/e you use
