Ok. So I have a FB fanpage that is lifeless. I want to build a community, get them 'liking' discussions and participating in them. I'm no good at FB, I want to outsource this, but the tough part for me is I don't have a blueprint of what I want to be outsourced - because I don't know how to get a really good FB fanpage going (competitions, voting, fun things, contributing).
So I look on Odesk and people's profiles for SM, and I look at their profiles and apart from 'likes' there is no 'community' on the page, meaning... no one is probably ever returning and also, it's not monetized in any way. I want to promote a product in 3months, but need the fans to be trusting and actually viewing the FB page.
So... can I actually find someone good enough to do this without instructions? Who will be active on the fanpage and get activity on it without checking in with me to confirm everything AND actually do a good job? Where do I find these people? And how much would they charge?
I know you can outsource everything.. but I don't have a budget of $40+.
