Is there a posible way I can hide my affiliate link and redirect the offer on my own website
And add a parameter on my site and set my site with the parameter?

If you mean: Link Cloaking to hide your Affiliate ID from your link, you can use, you can use http://clkgum.com/c/share, its a cloud based tracking software. offer 1500 free monthly. Where you can use you own domain and generated new Tracking Link, make sure to enable "Cloak" option when you create a new Tracking Link.

This is way better than creating a script to cloak link for you, where you need to host it, and make multiple scripts if you have many link...

Just like cpa redirector. Which I can add parameter again on the link that I cloacked.. Is there a software or script ?

You can redirect with php file. In addition, you can direct another link by country.
