I also got penalized by google i think, same situation here but i have also seen that those who had not done SEO in recent days are effected mainly ( me too 
) ... I think penguin has done this... My thought though...

My site has been doing the same thing over the past couple of weeks. There have been a lot of people talking about the same thing recently. My traffic has been slowly coming back, I'm thinking and hoping it's just a dance.
