Is this Paypal internal security system? Please guide me

Hello,

I have some stealth Paypal account and when i am trying to send payment from one of them to other as a 'freinds and family' from my paypal balance, I am getting this error, please refer to attachment. But when i am trying to send as a 'goods and service', I am not getting any error it is going smoothly.

But why i am getting this error when i am trying to send as a 'freinds and family'. Can anyone please help me out to know the reason so that i can fix it and can send payment easily as 'freinds and family'.

1 ) - My PayPal account is verified
2) - Card linked to it
3) - Mobile number verified
4) - Freshly made account but 1 month old with no transaction history.

I will be appreciated if someone help me to understand this issue because whenever i tried to call paypal they say that there is some suspicious activity with your account so internal security system is holding this payment back. They told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and sometime 72 hours and then retry. I did that too but still same error i am getting.

i think you try to send to the same email or person.

1 /Lets have a try to another person as friend & family.

2 solutions :

your account is suspicious bcause you are in a country like pakistan, india
your friends is this one of country

or maybe you are BOTH !

2/ use a vpn to do the transfert

1. Is the card verified? if not, can you verify it
2. Are you able to try with another card? Sometimes, a card will pop up an extra security (if they deem that transfer feels suspicious) that pops up and wants you to send a code to the registered mobile (from your card's side) and paypal refuses to do that and just throws you that warning instead.
 
Today PayPal limited my account because i change business type

You can contact them by raising ticket. They will rpely to you

I am trying to send a payment from my balance not from card..

i did, they said internal security system is not allowing to do so and we can guide you if you can withdraw in bank and send from there, lolz..

Shadow ban is something like limiting due to flag some activitiesl.. btw nowadays pia , s911 kind of proxies are already flagged they are not clean at all..that's the biggest reason..and Paypal already know it's a stealth
 
No try with small amounts of cash like 10$20$ to warm it up some few transactions in a day .This way the third or fourth day you can send any amount

Contact them at PayPal official validation site. And resolve your problem.
 
As the others wrote:

  • Fresh Account needs to be warmed up
  • Starting with some things you buy and increasing expenses
  • If you sell, try to avoid Refund
  • Dont send it to the same Person always
  • If you get this msg, don't try again.
  • If it doesn't work out - then raise a Support Ticket
  • In case your Acc. gets perm. Ban, you will have after 180 Days your funds back
  • And Proxy Quality!
  • Other Key factors that can be relevant:
    • Fingerprints (WebGL, Canvas, Font)
    • Geolocation
    • Javascript
    • Keyboard Settings, Location Settings of your PC, Language Settings
    • Copy Paste

To name some things that potentially show Paypal your real Location / IP.

There are features implemented in Frontends (especially Banking, Payment Service Providers, etc.) to detect if someone is typing or just pasting in. Part of Fraud prevention. (Bots etc)
 
If yours or your family or friends have their account as bussines you are not going to be able to send them the money bussines accounts are not allowed anymore to send as family and friends transactions and at the end contact paypal support maybe is something wrong on their side.
