So I have a couple of gaming related websites and my idea was to monetize them by doing giveaways on them where people would have to complete an offer or download an app in order to participate.
As far as I've read this is usually allowed on CPA networks but OGads denied me.

Is there something I can do or I should go for another network? Also is this method usually allowed?
