I have $60 in paywithmoon.com platform, it's require ID verification to request refund.
Is this normal? why do the require verification for refund?

Pretty much all CEX require some form of KYC these days, doesn’t necessarily sound out of the ordinary. I’m not familiar with that specific platform though.

I think that’s normal. Just verify your identity and then claim your refund.
