Is this normal, I mean I have lost nearly 80% of my acquisition. This makes me wonder if my app looks bad.
My app has a very clean and unique UI compared to most of my competitors.
I also have a key feature that my competitors don't/won't offer, which their users have been begging in their reviews.

Edit: The app went live I believe last Monday, I'm not promoting my app via paid advertising, it's all ASO.

The app has no crashes or ANR.

Your testing userbase is to small, minimum userbase is 1k to test uninstall rate

What is the average uninstall and conversion rate per 1000 installs?

Depends on many factors, for example:

- Your niche
- Your app design (also how many times you are showing ads. If you spam the users with ads, they will uninstall the app easily)
- Content of your app
- Functions

But as already mentioned you need way more users/installs to make a conclusion.

It's really too small a quantity of downloads. By my statistics (100k+ installs) average uninstall is:
Games: Up to 50% in 24h.
Utilities: Up to 20-30% in 24h.
Sports apps: Up to 25% in 24h.
