I got my site indexed by Google but it only shows for site:website.com or website.com if I search for the domain name (which is unique) it does not show my site.

Do I just need to wait more time before my site "fully" indexes or I am doing something wrong?

What's the website age?
Like you said if it's really new, You just gotta wait.

this should help https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/submit-URLs its normal if your site is new

Maybe you should wait bro, give it time. It always happens to Google's new sites! All good things take time.

Best regards.

Give it a couple of days or weeks and everything should sort out. This was happening to me as well so don't worry.

It's called 'google sandbox', just keep publishing everyday and give it time like 2-3 months, then the site will pick up by then!

Google takes time to index. you site is brand new. It will take couple of weeks to index it fully. don't worry and just wait. best of luck for your website

Wait for 1-2 months , Google takes time , Until then carryout the business , keep promoting .

Building links (internal and external) helps in speeding up the process.

Everything is indexed as it should be now, thanks for all the responses :D
