Its normal, its just regular review message. U either get this or "we currently can´t determine...". Both messages mean the same. But u can get those randomly depends on useragents u use.I've had many account reviewed before, but this is first time I'm actually seeing such error lol
I see. I usually got "we currently can't determine why your ad isn't showing". And I went through a few accs, just thought it's something new

Yes, its very normal and your account can go on this kind of review even if it has been reviewed already.

It is an account review and sometimes it will only mention "We cannot determine why your ad is not showing" and sometimes it will mention directly that account is under review. While under review, better to wait instead of making changes during the review. These days takes 24 hours upto 5 days.

Nice to know review was successful : By the way, never contact Google Ads support at all whatsoever, whitehat or blackhat, they will make matters worse.
