1. Scraping + reuse in PBNs/city pages still works short-term but risks penalties if detected, especially if duplicate/spun poorly. Monitor with Copyscape/DMCA takedowns if needed.
2. GSC clicks may come from topical relevance or shared branding,use negative keywords, deoptimize unwanted terms, or clarify on-page content to filter
