Is this MINING machine worth it?

I am looking to buy a mining rig for raven which is already been used about 2 years.
The rig is using the following graphics card:
Sapphire RX 570 4 GB Nitro + ( 6 GRAPHICS CARD )

The guy who is selling this mining rig is selling it to me for about 1,500$.
MY question is this investment worth it? Will the 1500$ be made back, or will the mining machine make me some money then due to previous history of mining just get the graphics cards broken down?

I hate to be a pessimist, but think about it like this; why would he sell it, if it was generating income? Unless he felt like it would not generate as much as he could get from selling it to you?

Nobody can guarantee you that. The rewards are based on how many people mine. It's also a bit of luck

I have been in mining for years now and I can explain what you want ....
 
Asic or whatever miners of 4GB are becoming useless for ethereum mining as it needs over 4GB , so what you are getting is crap ,but it'd have been good months ago . That's why he's selling.
 
Totally depends on how much your electricity expenses are.
 
Like everyone no the cost goes because of electric and maintenance.

But if you got free electricity mining ok

If you got good solar power mining or got water turbine it ok

Anything else forget waste of time.

If your living off grid mining is perfect.

Point is.
Electricity the brain storm to win in that game.

The computer ok (( solve electricity )) = profit

In the past yes it worthy but now it is not since there are many newly developed mining bots that doesn’t patched eel for mining but to scam or rip others investment.
