Check the comment section of the original post find the top comment and use the top comment as a caption on your video

Make sure your reposted videos do not have the previous user's logo, such videos will get very little engagement.

Never saw anything or anyobe doing that on tiktok, after 1 or 2 videos for sure you will get shadow ban or receive a warning to remove that content besides tiktok is really strict with this type of things.
