I've a list with 160k race horses from UK and US. It got a shit ton of data, such as best distance, record points, trainer and parents/grandparents data. Do you think its worth something? Should I try selling it? If so, how much you'd pay for it?
You can compile the data into an ebook and sell it on Amazon or somewhere. There will be many people interested in such things. You may not get much by selling it to a single person as the main problem is to find one that finds value in it.
You can also provide a service that compares race horse performances based on the existing data. This may require some programming to prepare algorithm. If it makes good guesses, then many people interested in betting keep visiting the page. So, you can make it into a paid service when it gains enough popularity.
