is this like consider cheating...or...

Okay, So lets say you have two computers... you upload a torrent with the ppi.exe and then you go on your other computer and download that torrent.... and you install it... would that count as like a pay per install... or do they like keep track somehow with your I.P?

I am pretty sure they track ip's. Think about how much time you waste trying to do that too. You only get .40 per install.
