Zooming in it looks like you're being offered $20/1000 Captchas, seems a little on the high side considering DBC offer 5k for $6.95.

The price seems a little high and the fact that he's paying you after the captchas are completed means if he scams you then you wasted all that time.

You should just send him to deathbycaptcha.com

One thing I would like to tell that in captcha entry, there is very less price, as you are getting high price so it would be scam.

It's a scam. Period!!!
These kind of spam job postings and mails are so common. Ignore it and invest your time and efforts in creating some source of income for yourself.
