Hello,

I've been looking for a long time, is it illegal not to pay your Facebook as Bill? E.g c create an account start adds and never pay? Yes your account would get banned but surly that's alright?

Or is this what happens when you buy a fb account? E.g I buy one and boost my post to say a landing page then make say 1000 under a fake account that I purchased for 300?

If you don't pay your bills, it is definitely illegal. Not just for FB but for anything for that matter.

Are you serious? if you were right, then so many poor or broke people in this world would be in trouble.
 
Search the term "is it legal" in the search here and you'll find all sorts of stupid questions. Obviously it's immoral. Second it would depend on what country you are in and (most importantly) third, you SHOULD NEVER TAKE LEGAL ADVICE FROM STRANGERS IN A FORUM.

I once managed to get my adwords account to -300$ stage. It was one of couponed accounts in 2012 or 2013. Up until now Idk how I did it, never was able before/after.
Needless to say nothing happened but it's been a fake account among ~two hundreds I created that time.
 
This is why they have billing thresholds.
You get automatically billed when you spend $25 and if it does not go through everything gets paused and most likely ads account will get banned.

So there's no point in even asking if it is legal or illegal. It is not feasible so just forget about it.

Where I am right now that is illegal and carries a 2 year sentence for repeat offenders. Some countries treat it differently.

It is the same crime as sitting down in a restaurant and leaving without paying. In my juristiction the first time you do that it's not a crime, just misdemeanor, since you may have done it out of desperation or hunger. The 2nd, 3rd time though means jail.

So basically here you get to steal lunch once.

Dunno about FB ads, but I'd go for lunch.
 
Definitely illegal. Will you get caught? Probably not. I've bought aged accounts before with FB ads balances in the $xxx regions. LOL. If you keep repeating the offense then FB will most likely want you to stop fucking with them.

@cursedbrain i am dead serious. If you didn't have it to pay then you shouldn't have run up the bill. Don't have it is not enough justification for not paying it, you need to find a better justification.
 
If you live in the middle east such as Dubai you are in deep deep trouble because it's illegal not to pay your debts there.
But for the rest of the world, no, it's not illegal. I still wouldn't recommend it though because this could bring unnecessary legal attention by Facebook.
 
It's illegal and for a small amount.. you should not take a risk !

If you do not pay the bill, you will get banned, and moreover you also get issue later with facebook, if you used real billing or real card, they will be after you for sure.

If you be open to them and try to do illegal thing, they can easily catch you.
