I'm considering making ebooks about famous murder cases, but with a twist. I'm going to go in to great detail, how the convicted person was framed with fake evidence.Could I get sued or get arrested if I do this?

you can get sued for anything. Arrested...no. But if I were you I would be more worried about getting ass raped by the victims families.

I just see that no one is willing to do this, and I want to change people's thinking about evidence. People still think cellphones cant be cloned, fingerprints can't be faked etc.

This information is already in the public record, so you won't have to worry about getting arrested. As far as getting sued, just change the names and places, it's called fiction. Then you will still have a great story and no worries.
