Hi,
i want to start a OnlyFans Leaks site.
Just want to know if this "illegal"?

1. I do not host any files
2. I would use DMCA Offshore hosting
3. I just link to download sites like MEGA

Thanks

And how they can "bust" me? will this be possible when using vpn and dmca offshore host?

It's illegal and definitely unethical but you probably could monetize it by using content lockers and having them complete a free offer to unlock the videos and running some affiliate ad for radical penis enhancement or whatever.
Before you do it, look into the mess that pornhub got themselves into. Ok it was other underage and non consensual sex/videotaping but if big guys like that had to cave in what do you think your chances are?

One thing you could do which would clear you legally and not be unethical is becoming an onlyfan affiliate then contact different creators and ask them if they'd like some free promo on your site (in exchange for a frisky clip).
Call your site onlyfansleaks or whatever... Make it a "free" membership site where they have to put in their emails to see the content (so you can spam the hell out of them later with your adult offers).
When the guys log in, they will be all excited to get free content With each video, have your affiliate link in with something saying like: For more sexy videos of so and so click this link (your OF affiliate link) . >you could still have each very hot video under content locker btw<

Bonus: one of the biggest onlyfans leak subreddit just got banned. You could start a new one with videos redirecting to your site and those idiots who leech of the girls' "stolen" content would be none the wiser and not realize that they are being played.

This is the wrong line of thinking. Pornhub is a registered business, with hundreds of employees and a lot of media attention.

You can get away with it, and monetize it nicely. Lots of people are doing it. It's just up to your opsec and how many eyeballs you get.

A site like that got sued a few months back and it had to shutdown.

You decide.
