I would be more worried about why your CTR is so high rather than discouraging real users from clicking the ad. Are you doing something else blackhat? As others have said, it's the best practice and 100% encouraged to say it's an ad, but the ad itself should even say its an ad already from my experience. Maybe not all?

But have you browsed and see what size comes up the most?
Depending on which size I would not add the label.

If you are bot-ing your traffic, then it would still be useless to minimize your CTR.
