4GB ram is a little too less
your pc will be constantly stuttering and you may encounter latency issues.
I would recommend getting at the very least 8GB, if not 12GB.

I find that noone mentioned the CPU being at 2.4ghz. Like you are all balls deep in RAM yet there are multiple CPUs with 2.4ghz
for example
Intel® Core™ i3-3110M Processor
Intel® Core™ i3-6157U Processor
Intel® Core™ i5-8279U Processor
Intel® Core™ i5-10200H Processor
etc
And the performance for each one is vastly different using the 4 examples above.

That's a bad specs for opening 20 tabs. 4G of RAM is not good enough if you open them simultaneously.
