Is this keyword stuffing?

Say I have a post in my blog, And i want to target phrase 'book x'

The post doesnt have an article but just 1 short line that doesnt contain the keyword phrase and a list of 20 lines or more with the keyword phrases that look like this..

book sale
books cheap online
books inexpensive

is that kw stuffing? will it negatively effect me?

If you've just got a list of keywords on the page then yes that would be counted as keyword stuffing by most people. Whether you actually would get caught or penalized is highly debatable.

Thanks. Does any actually know someone that got penalized for this before? Ive done seo only for a short time but still havent seen anyone get caught

Textbook stuffing. I kind of doubt it will actually cause a penalty, but Google isn't going to see the keywords as actual content.

No its not a keyword stuffing, you can use all the keywords.
