Is this keyword easy to rank

Keyword Revealer gives the term a 33 rating for difficulty, which makes it easier than the 44 rating someone quoted from Moz. A Google phrase ("in quotes") search comes up with 52,700 results, which makes it a very good keyword (low SEO competition) using that rough indicator. Certain high authority/heavily backlinked sites dominate the top 3 for the term (icq.com, chatimity, zobe) but the rest of page one looks beatable.

For the amount of searces it gets I would say it's hard competition. You could find keywords with 10k+ searches that are easier to rank for.

But is it worth it given it has just about 1500 searches pm?

The searches per month for one keyword can be supplemented by several related keywords, but similar in exact searches and SEO competition. Four such similar terms would make for a universe of 6,000 searches/mo to work from.

It says medium difficulty but looks doable to me.

Yes but in this case there aren't much of such keywords.

Its actually a "low competition kw" so give it a try, no clue on how many 2.0 links you need, but start with one and see what happens :)

How are you getting the keyword difficulty to show up like that? I have to always click evaluate and then it will bring up the comp # and the traffic graph. Been using this tool for a while, but it makes for a long process.

This is not an easy keyword according to common sense. Common sense tells me this keyword has a difficulty score of 88%. It's a keyword that has been around for 15 years. The first page is dominated by sites that have been around for many years and it's a space that would be extremely profitable.

I wish my brain interpreted common sense thinkings as percentile figures.

Op I glanced over kw, it actually doesnt look that hard. Theres a few low authority sites in there and ones even seven months old.

However, unless chats offer affiliate program how would you monetize this? I cant see you generating high CPC from a few pages on best chat services.
