A mighty big question is whether it is ethical or not! If its not ethical one should not do that. My personal opinion is that it is completely unethical and shoudnt be done.

Sorry that wasn't too clear to me, but if that's what you are stating, definitely not... or I would simply be going around to everyone's posts and saying "Ya thanks that helped a lot." lol. Its just stupid people are posting the same damn things over and over again. When the thread has clearly already come to a conclusion that it is illegal.

Jailtime, distributing viruses is hardcore illegal shit, selling drugs would get you lighter punishment.
But if you have to do it, use public internet, use neighbours wlan or something like that as there is huge possibility to get caught.
