I am promoting a clickbank ebook , can i make a similar ebook to that ..make some changes and rewrite the lines in it and promote it via my own site ( not clickbank ) .

The Ebook itsellf is Bullshit but it sells well for some reason so i was thinking ..why dont i Rewrite that bullshit and sell on my own ?

Is it illegal ? ..can they sue me ..( Btw ..I live in India ) .

If you rewrite it so it's completely unique and don't use any branded terms you should be good, UNLESS they have patented some aspect of the concept.

Why dont you just take the concept, and re-write it as a whole, not line-by-line. Wouldn't it be easier that way? By doing this, it is 100% legit (unless that idea is patented).

I believe a lot of published books are like this anyways... take ideas from one another, merge them and call it the new XYZ formula. Nothing new.

Believe me, all e-books on WF are rewritten!
They just give you the same ideas all day long..

You just analyzed Warriorforum in a paragraph.

Well if there's a disclaimer in there, yes they might sue you but they need strong evidence that your idea was actually theirs.

Rewrite it, but rewrite it better and monetise it more cleverly.

Nearly everything is copied in some way shape or form, just changed slightly to bank from it.

I dont think he can sue since the author claims that he can miraculously cure a disease which has no cure LOL

I have rewritten many ebooks and never had a problem, but make sure you rewrite them completely and not just in a shit way.

It's really interesting idea. Where can you find someone to outsource it?

I mean, I know there are sites like elance and similar. But where can you find a guy or a gal who doesn't say: "No, I won't do this baaad thingy"... ?

No need to rewrite line by line. Read the ebook, read 2-3 other books about the industry, rewrite it again yourself with some meaningful contributions. Boom, you have a legitimate new book that you will never get in trouble for.
