Good morning guys,

I am a web designer and I am trying to improve my SEO and visibility. I am doing weekly blog posts on my site trying to gain some topical or cluster authority and was wondering how to optimise my GBP.

Besides fixing every config, how should I do these regular posts to it? Just adding pictures to the profile about my work?

Is there any other ways to optimise GBP¿

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, adding pictures is one way. But even in that you might be doing it wrong. Ensure your picture bespeaks your intent and a little text description will go a long way to help. Your frequency and exact time of posting are other factors. Focus on quality topics that are sure to elicit a reading else, it will take you really long to be visible. Finally, spend time to research related keywords and hook them up somewhere in your posts.

Yeah, post regularly and focus on your on-page and off-page SEO too. Keep your GBP info updated and add relevant photos/services as well.

For gbp keep the business info, categories, service & photos fully updated, post useful updates regularly rather than just adding random images, reviews, accurate service areas, relevant photos & consistent business information across the web also help, avoid keyword stuffing

adding of product help too at the add product section and it can be related to the site blog or anything you want to add with images and more reviews on the profile

Not to discourage you from anything you're doing right now but I wouldn't put too much attention into posting on the GBP, especially if you're not a business that relies heavily on local conversions.

Aside from making sure you set up all the sections correctly and optimize the profile, which is more of a one-time thing, I would say you can just upload images or videos of your work to the profile once in a while, as those often get views.

For the posts themselves, I would just do them once in a while to keep the profile active rather than putting too much time into posting regularly.
