Is this happening to you too?

From time to time I see some Facebook stories on my FB account with adult content, and when I checked I found those stories from some pages that I have never seen, and I am sure I didn't follow them.

More users said that the same thing happening to them as well, and I am not sure if you noticed the same thing lately. And some people said that the same thing happened to them on Instagram. And even if you remove those pages, they will come back again, and you may find more pages.

They say that there is a bug or something related to the access token, I am not sure if you guys noticed the same thing from your side or not!
