Hello,
to cut a long story short about a few months ago I started doing some serious Seo for my money site, the result was i came up to #1 for my main keyword "keyword1" and for almost all my secondary keywords. I made some serious work but a lot of the backlinks I created were spammy blog comments & profiles, so after the update on 17th January i got slapped for almost all my keywords!
I immediately stopped all the spammy seo and started some quality work, most of the secondary keywords came in 10-14 days back to normal, EXCEPT the main keyword "keyword1" (overoptimisation penalty maybe?)
This is what it looks like for it, have you seen so many ups and downs for so many days, I mean every F5 update on Google search page and I get from top to nowhere then to top and then to nowhere and its been this for over 10 days now....is this normal and what should I expect?
