My site was ranking #6 for the keyword yesterday . And today I noticed no traffic to my site. And in google it shows this when i search my site.

Is it google Dancing or something else?

    Is my domain gone?

No that is called being de-indexed. However I have known new websites to be indexed then de-indexed and indexed again.

If its an old site, you're doomed.
If its a new site without any bad links, its just gonna go back soon. If not, then doomed.
Hope you didn't make these mistakes

Its a new site and I was using GSA to build contextual links. And what do you exactly mean by bad links ?

Links made by programs such as GSA.

If I was going to use such programs, and I wanted my site to last, I would only use them for second tier link building.

This happens almost consistently to me with new domains, once I start building links to them.
It seems to matter not what type of links they are - the site seems to index, then deindex, and repeat that at least a few times before climbing the serps steadily.

    So, keep executing your plan!

Check with the webmaster tools for any messages. if not, then wait for some time. Site will come back.

Always create backlinks with good anchor diversity with combination of brand and raw url

Yeah, check the wmt and you will see if there are any errors, other than that, yes it was deindexed.Do some social shares, like tweets, you will be back up in no time :).
