you dont have to worry about legal trouble.
im going to tell you i dont think you are going to make a lot off of that one site even if it ranks #1. it will take at least 3 to 5 months to get you there with a new .info.

you should do more than one. use adsense with cpa/clickbank.
if you start getting traffic, then figure out whats best.

i use adsense to start and then when it starts to rank and pull in traffic, its time to look at getting rid of adsense for something better. but at least i dont have weird out going links when im first trying to get it to rank.

also, i get 2 unique articles and post them. i climb the ranks and then once i start jumping i install WP robot.

if u don't know how to use xrumer don't use it. Why spam off the bat if it's a new domain.
