Is this good for a VPS

Honestly xsserver.eu really sucks. It is down allot and if you don't buy lots of Ram you cannot navigate. I am currently looking for something else. I told them I was not happy and they told me that they would not give any money back.

Also they get alot of problems regarding the system images.

Scrapebox gets alot of problems on their servers as you get tons of license invalid errors.

Annoying really.

this is true, i upgrade one of my xsserver vps (ihave 2) to 3gb which took them the whole weekend (i finally gave up and said, just delete my current install and give me a new plan if that is easier than moving it to a new node) and now i'm on a new node, and when i fire up scrapebox (i already have my info ready to put in) i get someone elses info and license. I emailed scrapebox (cuz of course i want to be on the up and up) and they said, xsserver is handling things weird and they are looking into it.
I'm paying 95 for 3gb and 2.6x2, does this other provider offer better? (i still have my other vps at the regular 35$ rate)

Ahidden - Hook me up with the URL if you can :)

Always looking to try out new sources for hosting and "diversify".

Thanks in advance.

Pm'd you bro.

Any reviews of the server ahiddenman is pimping? Price is good.

Can you PM me also please...I would like to know the host.

Thanks so much.

I would also appreciate link to provider...:)

Running multiple firefox + greasemonkey + private proxy profiles and looking place to run them. I am using Teamviewer for remote controlling

It is in Megabits with that site(can't mention the url) so, more around 25MB/sec

This seems quite impossible for a VPS to me, if these "mb/s" mean "megabytes per second"
Their servers would need to be on an 10gbit interconnect to reach these speeds on a virtual machine.

Also, i dont think it would be smart to buy a VPS with 1gb RAM (LOL) on such a connection. This wouldnt be efficient.

If these are real stats, someone BUY IT and post more results :)

kind regards,
SICK

If anybody else needs the details then PM me or request a PM on this thread.

Thanks

can you do multiple programs working on the same time using vps ?? I just want to try it but it's so expansive. like install some games and do the blasting link etc...

Depends what package you pick.

But yes you can surely multi-task with the Xeon CPU and atleast 1gb Ram :)

Thanks

I'm interested to know the host too, send me a PM. I'm shopping around for a Windows Server 2008 R2 w/ IIS 7.5 VPS to host an ASP.NET website. I need a host that I can start out cheap on to see if my idea takes.
