1. I have seen users on Facebook posting their links in 20 - 100 Facebook groups per day.
2. Some users post their links on their own page and then share the link of that posts to 40 or more Facebook groups per day.

Which technique is fair and safe enough so that accounts do not get banned? Please let me know and if you know something else that can be done on facebook for marketing and that is more safe and fair then please share that also. Sharing ideas, tips, and facts is the only way we can grow our knowledgebase.

Both methods work. It highly depends on accounts you are using, if they are low quality they will not stand as much as good quality (real) ones.
To find out whats working for you , you indeed must test with your accounts. When you are in Fb business, you have to understand that losing few accounts for testing purposes comes with the territory. But thats the only way to get results you need, sharing tips and facts is not only way to grow our knowledge base, testing will get you accurate results, forum posts here will get you too many different opinions (test results)- all of which can be right or wrong.

You can be safe with the second option. That prevents your domain to be blacklisted

everything work but old pva accounts make trust and then do whatever you want.

Facebook is unpredictable now a days.

So far I'm getting away with posting the same post 100+ times a day, but still testing on few months old acc (4+)
I'm not big fan of the second method..

You get banned for two weeks from joining and posting in groups if you go fast and post many links.

you can use both method , but dont expect account will stay for much longer time, max 2-3 month fb will ask for verification , so keep making facebook account 2-3 per day so it will keep getting older and same time keep posting, 2ed thing keep in mind is TIMER , if u have bots use 60 second timer minimum ,more is better but its take much time to post in all group. SIMPLE way to win in facebook group is BE SLOW. dont hurry in anything more faster you will be your accounts will get blocked

Your 2nd statement is true, but not the first one. i had a PVA account and a non PVA account and i used to share in 40 groups and later the PVA is blocked and non-PVA is been converted into a page and i chnged the name of the page and still sharing in 40 groups. or maybe i might have done some mistake unintentionally.

So the same url will be posted on 40-80 groups is it safe?

The problem comes when u post in more groups fb will limit the post reach and practically the link u share will not be visible to the other group members.

12 practical Facebook reach tips from Mari Smith
  1. Post more often - at least three times a day.
  2. Experiment with posting at different times of the day, including outside business hours.
  3. Post a mix of your own content (short tips + links to your longer blog posts) + other people’s content that you curate from a variety of sources
  4. Post directly on your Page and also share posts from other relevant Pages.
  5. Include @ tags of related Pages in your posts. This may help create more visibility in the news feed of the fans who have liked the tagged pages.
  6. Repost your own evergreen content.
  7. Mix up the post types: status updates, links, photos, videos, offers, events, milestones and cover image changes.
  8. Test post length from super short (<120 characters) to much longer (63k is the max!).
  9. Check your Insights for when your fans are online and be sure to post during these times (as well as outside, per tip #2).
  10. Come up with a theme for each day of the week and publish posts pertaining to that day’s theme. Also, look for ways to crowd source content and featured input from your fans.
  11. Compare your reach performance against the average at: barometer.agorapulse
  12. And, of course PAY for more reach on posts that impact your bottom-line, using the Boost post option or go into your Ads Manager/Power Editor.

So what is best way to spam my adsense website? If fb can block my links :-(

One way is to increase the engagement on your posts by making a few comments on the link you post
