Is this Facebook structure okay?

You should use multiple FB accounts to manage the page. If you are running BH, this is reasonable because your FB profile can be banned at any time.

It may affect the account a bit, which makes me always have 2 main profiles to have backup
 
Can you use your Personal FB page for posting daily content like a blog and rank them in Google?

It looks more easy to grow a personal page then their business page. But how posting business related content to a personal FB page without get a ban now?
Any tips?
 
You should use Bm to manage pages and accounts. Also use an anti-detection browser
 
First, you can use many different FB accounts to manage 1 page. Then you should try to find a good supplier who provides high quality FB accounts to minimize the risk (both fb acc and fanpage could be banned)
 
I think you should buy a new BM, and use cloaking for this isssue
 
Linking all account might jeopardize your main account remember you are running a grey ad.
