Hey! is there a way that I can post a websites url in a forum or on my website, and when someone clicks that url, I get cpc money? Almost like adsense??? So in a way I'm working for that website sending people to it??

I'm guessing that if this was possible those clicks would HAVE to convert...

Yes, there are few companies paying for clicks, I think what you are looking for is adfly
