I trying to start something new while my instagram account grows.
Here is my plan -
Download some stuff - digital goods (eg - paid softwares, games) and then monetize the traffic.
I already have 20-some posts and little traffic, 80-120 uv per day.
Currently, I am not monetizing my site.
1) Yes I know it's illegal to share (eg - cracked apps, nulled digital goods etc) but has anyone faced any serous problem over it.
I am not from USA and not even UK.
Obviously I won't be sharing the material on my shared hosting but via links on Zippyshare and other mirror.
2) Can my shared hosting account be banned for this? (account in USA)
3) Can Google deindex my domain for DMCA?
4) Can they catch me through the domain or any other way?
5) Also has anyone tried actually sharing copyrighted data?
6) Lastly, should I share real stuff or just promote cpa offers through fake stuff.
Thanks in advance.

Ever heard of Pirate Bay in Sweden? How about Kim Dotcom in New Zealand?

Its not legal thats for sure. But there are many sites who do it, and if you have whois privacy on your domain, that might help and maybe get a bullet proof hosting if you think your site would cut the cost. But not really the way to go to be honest.

3) Yes.
4) Yes.
5) Yes. (Couple years ago and I got my hosting acc closed until I removed copyrighted content)
6) Do what you want do.

Nope, your shared hosting account wont be banned. If you're too paranoid, you can get an offshore hosting that ignore DMCA complaints. Worst thing can happen they would probably send you a letter asking you to shut down the site.

The answer to each question is YES.
That doesn't mean you give up.
Btw, you can promote CPA offers with VB apps too.

Perhaps you should drop the idea and use another technique that isn't so uncertain. That said, many sites are doing just what you are planning to do - sharing copyrighted stuff - and some of them have been online for years. That's not say they haven't faced any challenges, but they are thriving.

Thanks for the info.
Is it that you were sharing copyrighted content directly?

Also everyone else, thank you for your views.

Now this is what I plan to do which I believe will keep me safe -
1) upload copyrighted content on Zippyshare and other mirrors.
2) make it private and put that link into some site like pastebin.
3) add shorte.st or bit.ly on the pastebin link.
4) add a cpa offer on the shortened link.
I know this won't make me a lot of money but whatever I make I can invest in my future plans.

Once I get few thousand visits a day, probably add some ads from infolinks.

Do you guys find this plan possible?
