Hello

I have just been reading this: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66359?hl=en

I have 6-8 products that have the same content throughout. Only the keyword for the quantity has changed for the product, for example: "Buy 500 Red Tee Shirts" "Buy 1,000 Red Tee Shirts" but all products have the same content inside, just different numbers variations for my focused keyword (the number).

Is this bad for my SEO - Am I best moving all product variations into one page? Someone, please help!

I think your best 3 options would be one of the below:

1. Add canonical tags
2. Merge into 1 page with variation options
3. Write unique product descriptions for each page.

You should use TAG canonical and "redirect" SEO juice to a main product.

Are they indexed? Type "site:yoursite" & see if the URL's appear.

Have one main URL for your shirts & product quantity URL's listed on it, all of the variants should have a canonical link back to your main URL. This will be causing a sizeable duplicate content issue & could be preventing Google from frequently hitting your site as the crawl budget will be wasted.

Have cleaned up dupe content issues heaps & have always seen good organic results when fixed.

Good luck!

All the links are indexed when I do that search - good or bad news?

How many URL's in total are indexed? Try "red shirts":yoursite & see how many variants are indexed.

Put one of them through Copyscape (external duplication of content) & Siteliner (internal duplication of content).
