I'll avoid this domain. It might not be as bad as it look but not worth to try out with 500-1000$

In 2011, it was legit Utah lawyer website ... but obviously they've got better domain and redirected it to utahadvocates.com

PR might be "gained" from the redirect but domain authority might be OK (services like MOZ don't have all 5+ yo crawled but Google knows).
