Is this domain worth it?

Okay, so I am looking for domains to monetize at the moment. I found an auction of a domain that seemed pretty interesting.

DA is 22 - PA is 32. It has about 120 natural backlinks and it was first registered in 2006 and has since then been an established browser game. It gets about 1000 visits a month and the PR is at 2. I could program a new browsergame for this website?

Is there anything else I should be looking out for before making a bid on this domain?
Before I tell you the price, what would you say that this domain is worth and would it be easy to rank?

PR2 domain substantially faster than the index domain PR0.

Yup, higher PR the better as far as I know, though I heard that PR is now more or less worthless. Is this a good domain?

Generally this seems reasonable. Don't really about PR, look at the other flow metrics from Majestic and Ahrefs too just to get a complete picture. DA and PA only tell one part of the story. Although you can manipulate the metrics at all 3 aggregators, you should be able to determine if the site is penalized...which is the biggest issue when buying an aged domain. A quick check is to see if it ranks for it's brand name.

Check the backlinks. Check the websites history. Is it a constant 9 year registration, or did it expire? PR, generally not a "factor", but it does help. Those backlinks, are they still live?

The website has been a running browsergame for almost 10 years. It has had several hundreds of active players, that have been there from the start. I came across their forum board, where some of the forums have more than 1000 threads. This is an established browser game community guys! The price is at $100 and there is 1 hour left. They all want a new browsergame it seems.

It seems that he generated about $200 a month just in donations without even monetizing the game. This is a good community, lets make some cash!!!
